Project Update: Goldenrod Hill (My Berkshires Home)

Just as we are entering the home stretch for our second home in the Berkshires, and ‘pretty things’ are starting to take shape, I thought I would share an update on what’s happening. There is a big push to get to the finish line by mid-November, which would have us potentially celebrating Thanksgiving there…which is a nice goal to think about. It’s a goal that also gives me massive heartburn, and a wee bit of PTSD thinking back to our home renovation a few years ago that had a hard Christmas deadline…which of course I swore I’d never do again…ha).

(Past) Project Reveal: A Colorful Kit House Renovation

I have taken a couple of prolonged ‘pauses’ in blogging, during which we completed and photographed some pretty great projects. This is one of them. At first, my thought was – the ship has sailed, the pictures have been shared on Instagram and on my website, even published, so why dig up old news?
